Writings From The Grave: Reborn

Welcome to the newly revamped website, please excuse all the dust since I am in the reconstruction process for the main website. Since it was hosted on cjb.cc originally they had a system failure and all their files were destroyed that included all my photos and stories that were hosted on there. (I really liked it there but I wished the owner did better job backing everything up and I wish Batcave.net had a better system of doing things..) I will be doing new things with the current location just it will take a while to get it looking like it was and it was ten years worth of work. Coding and everything. This will be the official home for me when I get it up and running again, hopefully that will be within this month. The newly designed will be Writings From The Grave but with some extras, namely I will have a sub site on there which visitors can learn more about myself and the books I write or edited. Then how they can submit their work for the magazines or the anthologies on another section with the submission guidelines. When I first started in the website game, it was back in 1997 and used tripod for everything but the site got a bit too big for its size and had to move it over to another host. Now here I am almost ten years later doing it again but at a bigger location. I am hoping that this time around I can include video footage of me recording some of my stories into an audio format.
I started in e-publishing in hopes that I would become published by a few magazines. Well that happened as of a few years ago and here I am as a published author. I will have information where you can read the works that are not online or anywhere as well as one can read the freebie works too. I am looking to do more with that the moment I get a hold of a small digital video camera. When that happens I will be uploading them up to youtube.com. With that being said, be expecting a lot coming to the website. I will be playing around with the graphic files here and there too including new photos too. I started out writing Gothic fiction exclusively, I will go more into that in my biography on here. Also you can get a hold of me via myspace.com too, but all comments are moderated because of the number of trolls I had over the years. All that being said, you came to the right place if you want to learn about the author, Nickolaus A. Pacione, and he is me. I also draw and do some photography here and there. Not only being a fiction writer, I do moonlight as a journalist at times writing on my own with a website I have at WritersCafe.org -- some of my non-fiction and some fiction can be found over there. So if you want to explore what I imagine up you may by going around these pages or by visiting the old Reading Room of The House of Pain webzine.
Either way my work isn't too hard to find online, but if you want other stories you have to go a little further. I will provide that information more when I get more into designing the main areas of the site. I just want to get the basic skeleton designed of the site before I get into joining more webrings again with the place. The site will contain complete guidelines for anthologies and various contests I will hold throughout the year, being this is a new year it was time for me to give the site an overhaul. I will still feature some of the most frightening fiction that comes from my imagination just that I won't be putting a lot of it up. I will feature handfuls of it as a PDF format, then if you want more check out the books I write or edit. Also, my short fiction can be read from FictionPress.com, I will not be posting things there because I can't stand the way they got it formatted now. My more controversial stories are in print so if you're interested on where you can get those shoot me an email. I will have more details on the projects in the bulletins I post on myspace.com I will go more into detail about my works in horror and Science Fiction in the reading room section of the website. The other links will open in new windows so you can continue looking around the main site. With that being said, this is Writings From The Grave, motherfuckers! Those who wanted to see this site dead and gone, saying I am past my prime -- my fucking ass, almost ten years and still have venom in my veins. The heavy metal maven of horror is back with a goddamned vengance. This is for all those people who thought it was great sport to pirate my books, go to hell.

I will mention of this more within the site about one of the journals, but if one wants to know what I am up to on day to day basis go visit my blog at MySpace. This will give some an idea of how my mind works when I am not in a creative process, but the other places are where one can see where I do more of my writing at. This place is always and will be under construction, but as much as what I have on there already -- one can find what I wrote up on AuthorsDen.

my first major colaboration -- you get to see House of Spiders as a sequel on a bigger scale. Classic Horror fans get ready for one of the meanest horror stories ever written. Welcome back to the House of Spiders ya bastards!
